QueueMed International N.V. Founder and President is Miller Lawton Mays III (m.mays@queue-med.com). Mr. Mays has served as a Director and President of two American listed companies. Founder and chief executive of several companies during his 40 year business career. One such company was M.R.C.S Louisiana's largest medical collection/ financial services company. M.R.C.S. was sold to a major American company in a similar business. He has resided in Eastern Europe and Russia for the past 10 years.
Katarzyna Wierzbicka (k.wierzbicka@queue-med.com), Polish citizen is QueueMed International N.V. Senior Vice President / founder of Polish operations. Fluent in four languages, with 2 degrees in Social Science, post graduate American Master Business Administration Program. Formerly served as Polish manager of the internationally renowned medical oriented foundation. This foundation served thousands of disabled children within Poland. Consulted with major Polish Private Owned Medical Clinic regards integration and systems interfacing with the E.U. an America.
Jean Ann Hartzell-Minzey, RHIA, CPC Vice-President, Minzey Enterprises - Business Consultants to Medicine and Senior Consultant/Educator with Healthcare Education Strategies, Inc. Ms. Hartzell-Minzey is a Healthcare professional with more than twenty-seven years of experience in the areas of management, documentation, education, analysis, auditing, charge master review, pricing, coding and compliance issues for all healthcare settings. She has experience in physician practice, acute care hospital, home health, skilled nursing, nursing home and ambulatory surgery center management, coding and billing. She is a specialist in reimbursement methodologies (including prospective payment systems) for Medicare, Medicaid and other third party payers. Ms. Hartzell-Minzey has developed customized training programs for hospitals, skilled nursing, home health, and LTAC and inpatient rehabilitation. Ms. Hartzell-Minzey has provided more than 3000 workshops nationwide for various hospital associations and national consulting firms. As an instructor for Healthcare Education Strategies, Inc., she has worked with organizations such as St. Anthony Consulting (Ingenix). Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Missouri Hospital Associations, Superior Coding and numerous national consulting firms. Ms. Hartzell-Minzey also manages and operates international E-commerce business for products and services.
